Changing my lifestyle for my baby girl. My daughter was diagnosis with endometriosis a few years ago. She was having very bad menstrual cramps and bleeding heavily every month. When I was young I also had very bad .cramps and heavy bleeding, so when my daughter didn't think twice about anything. I just gave her pain meds and my helpful tips on dealing with painful cramps. As her pain worsen every month, it was obvious her pain was worse then I had. Long story short the doctor diagnosis her with endometriosis just by symptoms at the age of 13. In order to get an official diagnosis she'll have to have an exploratory surgery to see if in fact she has endometriosis which that's a no because she is too young. Speaking with a business associate she shared Tia Mowry had been diagnosis with endometriosis as well.
Tia Mowry!! love her so, I went on my research and starting reading her story about her journey. As I was reading I came across a cookbook that she published called A Whole New You. My daughter was in AHHH!! when I told her about it. The recipes in the cookbook are awesome.
One of the recipes we tried was homemade chicken noodle soup, it was so tasty. I think this particular recipe is great for everyone trying to get healthier.

First time for everything...shredding chicken
After you have shredded the chicken, then you will add it back to your veggies.
Tip: if you like salt, you might want to add more then what is suggested in recipe.
